NOTE: IF you have AVG FREE on
your computer by mistake. It will not upgrade from 7.1 to 7.5 automatically
like the full version will. You will have to go to AVG free
website http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-virus-free
and download it. Then install 7.5 manually. OR Get the full version
from our web site http://www.mcs.marshall.k12tn.net/support/pcsoft.htm
that will update automatically on its own. Remove the free version
before install. Remember to get the paid License Key first
if you install the full version only.
NOTE: If you have the Full Version
and it has not expired, you have to do nothing. It does this update
automatically. (The Icon on desktop will still read AVG 7.1,
but if you open AVG and look in the Information
Tab > About AVG it will tell you what version you
have) If your License has expired all you need to do is get the new
paid License Key. From here http://www.mcs.marshall.k12tn.net/support/password/pass.html
and install key.
Some older videos we have made on upgrading AVG are here http://www.mcs.marshall.k12tn.net/Project/avg.html
If while installing AVG you get an Error,or AVG
will not work. Try removing AVG from the ADD/Remove Programs
in the Control Pantel. Reboot you computer. Then download
AVG again to replace the bad installer.

been going around. As Web sites update their web pages to the new
systems, they forget about people with old versions of Internet
Explorer 5 and older. The results are you get errors when viewing
their web pages. Or trying to print.

and get the new Internet Explorer 6 for Windows 2000
easily any more. So we have Internet Explorer on our support
page for Windows 2000 http://www.mcs.marshall.k12tn.net/support/pcsoft.htm
for down loading.

Internet Explorer you should see the version here. If version
6 or higher your system is ok. Nothing else needs to be
done.
For people with a popup for debug this web page error. Open
Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet
Options. Click The Advance tab. Put a check
mark beside all Disable Script Debugging then click Apply
, Ok . Exit Internet Explorer and reopen Internet
Explorer.
For Printing errors when printing a Adobe PDF from web page.
Most are fixed by upgrading their Adobe Reader to Version
7.x.x link is http://www.mcs.marshall.k12tn.net/support/pcsoft.htm
Note: uncheck the Adobe Yahoo Toolbar
and Adobe Photoshop Album Starter before downloading or these
items will be installed too. Which will take twice as long to download
and install.
If this does not fix the printing problem then check your printer
manufactures web site for the news printer drivers.
