If you keep getting ERROR unknown user or password, your not the only one.

Try this tip.

After you click the WEB MAIL

you should come to the login page

Before you login, delete temporary Cookies by going into the Internet Options

and then click OK to Delete.

Now Enter username and password and click LOGIN
